BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ PROFILE
Indonesian citizen, was born in Mersam. Jambi in 1964. He earned a Bachelor of Economics from University of SlametRiyadi. Surakarta in 1990. He began his career in Banking as Marketing Manager from 1991 – 1998. Then he joined with PT Satyatama Graha Tara in Association with Brooke Hillier Parker International Appraisal & property Consultant in 1998. Presently he serves as Director of PT Equity Development Investment Tbk.
In 2006 he was appointed as Independent Commissioner PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk based on the result of the annual GMS on June 30. 2006. He was appointed as the President Commissioner of the Company based on the result of the annual GMS on June 26. 2014.
In addition, he actively participates in several organizations. including a member of ISEI (Indonesian Economists Association) Jakarta since 1990.
He was the Deputy Secretary General of ASBALI in 2001-2003 and Head of Inter Departmental of Indonesian Auction House Association (ASBALI) in 2001-2004.
In 2015. he also has passedthe evaluation and fulfilled the qualification of Insurance Company Risk Management Level 5, organized by the Association of Insurance Management Indonesia (AAMAI).
Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta in 1964. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 1995. In 2014, she completed her education at Gunadarma University, Jakarta, and earned a Masters in Management.
She started her career as Senior Manager Marketing at PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk in 2001. In 2009, she was appointed as Technical Senior Manager, then in 2011 was promoted to Technical General Manager at PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk.
From 2014 to April 2019, she was appointed as Technical Director at PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk. Then in August 2019 until June 2022 she was appointed as Director at PT Experta Broker Insurance Nusantara. She currently joins PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk as an Independent Commissioner based on the results of the Annual GMS on June 14, 2022.
She also has several certifications of expertise, including General Insurance Expert of Indonesia (AAIK) in 2009, which were organized by the Association of Indonesian Insurance Management Experts (AAMAI). In 2011, she obtained a certificate of expertise in the underwriting field, namely the Indonesian Certified Property Underwriter (ICPU) organized by AAMAI. In addition, in 2014, she obtained a certificate in the field of Risk Management, namely Certified in Risk Governance Professional (CGRP) Level 4 from the Risk Management Professional Certification Institute (LSPMR). Since 2019, she has been registered as a LSPP AAMAI Assessor. In 2022, she obtained a CIIB (Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers) certificate organized by the Association of Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APARI).
Bisma Subrata is an Indonesian citizen, born in Solo in 1963. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Woodbury University, Los Angeles, United States, in 1987.
He began his career in the insurance industry in 1987 at PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia. Throughout his tenure, he received several promotions and ultimately served as Head of Technical Division from 2000 to 2003.
In 2004, he continued his professional journey by joining PT Reasuransi Maipark Indonesia as Technical Director, a position he held until 2018. From 2015 to 2018, he also served as an Independent Commissioner at PT Asuransi Himalaya Pelindung.
On November 27, 2025, based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk.
In addition to his extensive experience, he holds several professional certifications in insurance, including a Diploma in Insurance from Glasgow College in Scotland. In 2025, he obtained an advanced risk management certification, the Risk Management Governance Advance Certification (RMGAC), issued by Indonesian General Insurance Application Professional Certification Institute (LSP AAUI).
